Founded in 2000, SIA Sudrablīnis is a family company with rich experience. Taking care of every customer, the company’s priority is high and reliable quality. Our goal is to offer the highest quality products at affordable prices. In 2006, the company, as one of the first fish processing companies in Latvia, was granted the European Union food processing company number LV 112 Z. In production, strict quality standards and the HACCP quality control system is applied.

Sudrablīnis currently produces 25 types of products in various packages. All types of wild Pacific salmon caviar, trout, lumpfish, capelin caviar and sturgeon caviar. Sushi caviar Masago and Tobiko is produced according to a Japanese recipe (it is planned to resume the production of Kazunoko and Ikura caviar soon). The product range also includes artificial caviar, as well as cheese cream with caviar. The company has also started manufacturing smoked products in innovative Darfresh vacuum packs. Sudrablīnis also actively exports its products abroad: to Estonia, Lithuania, Poland, the Czech Republic, Romania, Bulgaria, Greece, Cyprus, Hungary, Germany, Spain, the United Kingdom, Ireland, Sweden, Finland, as well as the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region of the People’s Republic of China and Lebanon.

The company has recently taken a significant step forward and in 2021 created a new brand called EXPRESS GOURMET to offer its customers a new restaurant-class product category – easy-to-prepare, fresh and delicious products for everyone, created according to special chef recipes.
